Our Return/Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges can be offered if item is UNWORN, UNWASHED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION with original tags attached. All refunds are subject to 3% restock fee and will be issued upon receiving and inspecting the product. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges for items in poor condition.
(In the event that the product shows signs of wear, is washed or is damaged, we will return the product back to the customer and the refund will not be issued).
Refunds/exchanges must be filed with us within 14 days of successful delivery to the customer.
ALL ACCESSORIES (including masks, goggles, hats, gloves, jewelry, bags, housewares/decorations, face/body jewels, belts, hair dye, body harnesses, patches, umbrellas and stockings/socks/tights) and UNDERWEAR (bras/panties, corsets, garter belts, swimwear) ARE FINAL SALE
NOTE: Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges that may occur when returning items. We are not responsible for any damages/losses that may occur during shipping.
